All requirements for travel, transfer, personal insurance and accommodation for our Team Building Courses will be arranged and co-ordinated by our partner tour operator. A summary of all the arrangements is included below, on this page.

Once we receive your Booking Proforma at the Nordic Challenge office, and confirm your company's or organisation's course vacancy(ies), your company representative will deal direct with Travelcare Richmond for all your administrative arangements. The contact details are:

Travel for the Team Building Courses

All clients joining our Team Building Courses fly with Scandinavian Airways (SAS) from either London (Heathrow) or Manchester , to Oslo (Gardermoen) on the first day of their course. (On occasions it may be necessary to use other carriers.)

Companies and other organisations may book their own flights if they prefer to do so.

Gålå Courses

Clients joining courses at Gålå will be met by Nordic Challenge staff at Oslo (Gardermoen) and will then transfer by coach from the airport to the Wadahl Hogfjellshotel in Gålå, just north of Lillehammer; a journey time of about 3.5 hours. The same arrangements apply to the return journey, but in reverse.

Insurance

All Nordic Challenge clients will require individual Winter Sports and Holiday Travel Insurance cover.
